We provide mental health, reentry, and workforce development services. We have a program that focuses on 16-29 year old African American males, to reduce overrepresentation in the criminal legal system. We have a program that focuses on probationers and parolees in general. We occupy the digital creative space, offering audio video training and job placement. We have professional level music, podcasting, and video production studios that we use in our training, and that is also a business/creatives incubator. Our core workshops are Know Thyself, a transformational learning program that assists individuals in disconnecting from the past definitions of who they are and give into the future with imagination and inspiration. We have HipHopHeals, a trauma processing workshop that uses songwriting and professional music production, including publishing to process feelings and heal trauma. We have entrepreneurship and wealth building classes, including an Investment Club, where participants are challenged to make money out of nothing, and shown practical ways to do it. We train peer mentors, and offer paid training and job placement in good union jobs in the construction, logistics, transportation, and film and television industries, Our coaches will assist with housing and other resources, and be there for you all the way. Most important is TRIBE, a permanent support system, where we are all family, village, community. You may take an 8 week class, or a 12 week training, but you will always be part of us and always have access to our resources. Welcome Home!!
